COVID19 (Coronavirus) Policy/Protocol

Like you, Piasecki & Whitelaw, LLC has been closely monitoring this rapidly developing situation to remain informed about restrictions, safety guidelines and practices. During this time, our highest priority remains the health and safety of our clients, colleagues, visitors and employees.

We are completely operational by remote connections allowing us to continue our dedicated work on your legal matters. Unfortunately, current restrictions and conditions have forced us to close the physical office to the general public.Only essential employees will be in the office during limited hours to perform those functions that cannot be accomplished remotely. We remain available by our usual phone, email and fax connections. With regard to in-person meetings and document review, we have implemented the following protocols:

  • · Unfortunately, to ensure everyone’s safety, we cannot accommodate unscheduled ‘walk-in’ visitors.
  • · If you have documents to be reviewed, please call us to work out the safest, most convenient format to have that consultation so we can quickly provide you with legal advice. If you do not have the means to send documents electronically you can deposit them through the mail slot on the door at the far end of our hallway.

Real Estate Closings will also be conducted in a manner designed to limit in-person contact as much as possible. Please contact Annabella at Extension 125.
