Our trial attorneys handle litigation matters ranging from general and routine matters to more specific lawsuits related to Automobile Negligence, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Public Entity / Title 59 liability, Employment and Healthcare. We regularly appear in New Jersey’s state and federal courts, including Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Somerset, Passaic, Union and Warren counties as well as all three Federal District Courts. We also appear in all other New Jersey Counties as the occasion arise

Chris Piasecki is an approved Rule 1:40-12 mediator offering a cost-effective alternative to litigants. He has over 40 years of civil trial and negotiation experience which has served him well in resolving routine and complex employment matters including class actions against a national retailer as well individual claims against small businesses and public entities. He regularly mediates routine and complex contract and personal injury matters.

Our attorneys regularly appear in Municipal Court in Somerset, Hunterdon and Middlesex Counties, to defend clients on Motor Vehicle Violations, including routine Traffic Violations, DWI and DUI charges, Possession and Paraphernalia charges and Local Ordinance Violations. We handle matters in other counties as our client’s needs arise.

 We no longer have a dedicated Real Estate and Land Use group. However, we continue to work with individuals, builders and developers offering commercial and residential real estate negotiation and contract services throughout central New Jersey. We have experience appearing before Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Boards.

Our knowledgeable attorneys provide consultation, guidance and insight for your Estate Planning including Wills, Trusts, Advanced Directives and Powers of Attorney to fit your specific needs and accomplish your testamentary goals. We also handle litigated Probate and Chancery matters, including Will contests and Guardianship proceedings.

We have considerable experience defending medical provider claims on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insureds and third-party administrators. We aggressively defend the rights of our clients, pursuing the most efficient and cost-effective outcome. We have active calendars in multiple New Jersey vicinages where we have developed a recognizable and well-respected presence within the Workers Compensation bar and judiciary.
